It is designed for companies which have high label volumes and print their labels in-house.  This machine allows you to print multiple labels across the web, slit the labels and then rewind them for a finished one across format.

Generally, companies which print large volumes of labels utilize automatic label applicators, so the labels must be finished in a one across format.  The Afinia SR250 slitter rewinder is a perfect addition to the labeling process.  By printing two labels across the web, you increase your printing capacity by 100%.  If you print three across the web, you increase your printing capacity by 200% without purchasing additional printing equipment or incurring additional labor costs.
